Article 1 : Diet pills consumed in large quantities by teen girls seeking athletic look

Diet pills are now being consumed by an alarming number of teenagers -- both girls and boys -- in an attempt to achieve an athletic body look without actually having to engage in sports. A frightening 34% of teen girls are now popping these diet pills, a figure that's even higher than males.It's part of the great American culture of instant results without effort: pop a few diet pills and get a sleek, athletic body without any real effort. Or that's how the marketing hype goes. In reality, pills can't possibly give you an athletic look. Even worse, they compromise your health and are especially risky to the bone development of young adults.

What these teenagers really need to be doing, if they want thin bodies, is to give up soft drinks, pizza, alcohol, fast food, snack chips, fried foods, refined carbohydrates, and other forms of processed foods. Doing so would radically alter the shape of their bodies, even if they didn't engage in hard-core athletics.

Teenagers nowadays do not know the best way to diet and control their diet. They prefer to take shortcuts to choose diet pills that can affect their health. The best way to lose weight is with a combination of nutritional care and regular exercise. It is not a good ways by taking a diet pills because it will risk to your body and health. Please take note or it will be risky to you to get sick. Lets sit,scroll and read this tips, hope it will help you to manage your dietary process.

I would like to share some simple tips :

1 ) Drink plenty of plain water

Drink plenty of water at least eight (8) glass per day.

2 ) Eat a lot of fruit and vegetable

Eat fruits and vegetables as a side dish in every meal. Make it compulsory meal everyday. Take full of grains because grains are very good for health it contains fiber, vitamin B, iron, minerals, vitamin E, and phyto. It is also good for students to enhance their brainpower.

3 ) Reduce carbonate beverages

Did you know, drinking a can of soda contains eight (8) teaspoons of sugar, exceeding the requirement of sugar for a women, six (6) teaspoons equals 100 calories or nine (9) teaspoons of sugar equals 150 calories for men.

4 ) Avoid eating after 8pm

If you are hungry after 8pm, eat biscuits with hot water for instance hot chocolate.

5 ) Do not let yourself hungry

Do yo know, withstand hunger can cause low metabolic rate of your body and this will slow down your combustion process.

6 ) EXERCISE !

The most important thing is exercise. Exercise can burn each calorie of food consumed. Make sure you adopt your healthy lifestyle by doing simple exercises. Avoid using stairs instead of taking the elevator as it practiced by a majority of students at UiTM City Campus Malacca. :)

Meet Capital A

I want to apologize for my bad grammar, but i am trying my best and give a full effort for this ! *Clap your hands*



I am Afiqah Binti Mohamad Nor, just call me Pqa, Fifi, or Irma Hasmie. haha. Did you know her? She is an actress before, now she is more to Hosting a TV program. Which TV huh ? Al-Hijrah and Astro Oasis. I really adore her, the way she looks, her appearance on stage are so beautiful. So this is the reason why i am so admired her. So call me Irma please. :)

Next, I am 22 years old, born on 22nd September 1991, I was born at Hospital University Kuala Lumpur.  The first moment I opened my eyes, all I can captured the memories is that I were at Hospital in a University re-captured, so I would promise to myself to study hard as a token of appreciation to our Creator, my parents for letting me to a further my journey as a student at University. *dancing* Thanks Mom and Dad! 

About my previous study, what are so interesting to share is I am not in lane Business actually. So big clap for me because I am strong enough and ready to face any challenges to study new things. For real, it is so hard, back to basic study from bottom. I never regret to be as Part 1 students'. Alhamdulillah, I will graduate in Diploma Fashion Design next month on my big day, my Convocation on 20th May 2013. InsyaALLAH.

My hobby is Singing. I loved karaoke much ! I also become a singer for my school, and also UiTM when i was in Diploma. Singing is one thing that makes me less stress. Even though my voice are not good enough melodious at all but who cares. I do loved singing. From Malay song, English song, and maybe Hindustani. haha. I adore Celine Dion much because she never fails of high pitch ! Pheww... She is so power than power rangers and ultraman. haha

What is friendship means?? as for me, friendship is a relationship that causes us to comfortably accompany him/her to share stories of joy and sorrow, and stick together through thick and thin. It might be between boy with boy, girl with girl, or boy and girl, or vice versa. Let us see how she define friendship by her own view, by Y.In.Diva in here



"F" is for Fun             -  That friends share when they are together.
"R" is for Reliability   -  A true friend is someone that you can always rely on.
"I" is for Interest        -  Someone who is genuinely interested in you, your fears, joys, and life.
"E" is for Energy        -  They pick you up when you are down, and give you the energy to go on and
believe in yourself. 
"N" is for Nothing      -  Nothing is ever too much, no matter what time it is, night or day.
"D" is for Distance     -  Although the miles may separate you, a true friend is never far away.
"S" is for Secrets        -  Your feelings and personal/private thoughts that you can only share with a friend. 
"H" is for Happiness  -  The way I feel when we are together.
"I" is for Inseparable -  Through good times and bad, tears and laughter. A friend will always be there for you.
"P" is for Perfect       -  The friendship that you and I share. You make normal days into special days. Turn my tears of sorrow into tears of laughter.

I do have friend, a lot of friends. But, no matter how much you have them in numbers,the fact is we just have one or two that will always with us through thick and thin, sharing joy and saddest story ever. They could be a very good listener and adviser to you. I learn many thins from this true relationship and I appreciate and never be backstabber.


I've started to know him since part two Diploma while we are coincidentally in the same group of my 'Kemahiran Insaniah'. We started to know each other for two days of program and until now I am in Degree, we still be best friend. One things we stay stick together because he is a very loyal to me, sharing those joy and sad, problems, he always there for me where I am at the bottom. He never let me down. That is what we called as a true friend. I feel great have a awesome friend just like him. Thank you Ahmad Tirmizy bin Awaluddin.
